Subject: Report of the Administrative Council – Report of the local Inspection Committee on the financial proceedings of the Administrative Council during the period 2010-12. Elections for the New Administrative Council:
The third Assembly of the European Association of Rehabilitation in Chronic Kidney Disease took place on the 26thof June 2010 at 13:00, in Room 4 of International Congress of Munich during the XLVII ERA-EDTA Congress according to the statute.
Due to the fact that the quorum was not achieved at the first convocation, the General Assembly convened once again at 18:00 at the same day at the same place.
On the 26th of June 2010 at 18:00 the General Assembly convened with the regular members, who were registered. The members elected Naomi Clyne as the Chairman of the Assembly and Rolfdieter Krause as Secretary and Tome Mercer, Antoni Daul and Iris Fuhrmann as the Electing Board. The Chairman asked the Chairman of Association Asterios Deligiannis to review the activities of the EURORECKD during the period 2008-10 as well as the economic report from the Inspecting Committee.
Afterwards, the following 9 members were elected unanimously for the Administrative Council for the period 2010-12:
